4-fold magnetic article decoder for Märklin-Motorola and DCC digital layouts from the Digital-Profi series!

Function extension: With the S-DEC-4-DC for the DCC data format, the points can now also be set via the F1 to F4 function keys of locomotive addresses (e.g. Lokmaus 2® and R3® from Roco)!

For digital control of:

• up to four two-coil magnetic items (e.g. points or signals)
• up to eight single-coil magnetic items (e.g. uncoupling tracks)
• up to four permanent current changeover switches [DSU] (e.g. for points and street lighting etc.)

The decoder receives the switching current either from the digital circuit or via its separate input directly from the AC voltage output (14 to 18V~) of a model railroad transformer. This saves expensive digital current.

Simple and safe connection of points, signals or uncoupling tracks via screw terminals.

S-DEC-4 is a 4-way decoder like S4, k87N, k83 or LS110 with self-learning decoder address:

You simply press the S-DEC-4 programming button and then a button on the points control panel or give a switching command via a PC with connected INTERFACE and the decoder address is set.

The decoder address is saved permanently, but you can change it at any time by pressing the programming button:
It couldn't be easier!

Available as a ready-to-use module, as a finished device in a housing or as a kit on an 86*76 mm circuit board with four mounting holes (suitable mounting material can be found under Accessories).

All 4 decoder outputs can be loaded up to 1 ampere. This means that even slow-moving points can be switched. It is also possible to switch two points simultaneously or one point and one signal simultaneously.

Decoders from the Digital-Profi series can be operated on your digital layout without any problems, as they are compatible with the Märklin-Motorola or DCC standard.
