An exit signal is the last main signal of a station in the direction of travel that is passed when traveling in the direction of the open line.
The Märklin model 76494 comes in H0 scale with integrated signal electronics and 1 separate signal decoder. All of the functions are controlled by the associated signal decoder in the digital system or with the 72760 control panel for conventional layouts. The signal decoder can be installed under the C track or under the layout. For digital operation, the configuration and address can be assigned and tested before installation. There are connections for train control and for 1 distant signal on the signal decoder.
