Märklin 43901 passenger car-Set InterRegio, DB, Ep. V

About the model: Complete new construction of the InterRegio car family. The Märklin car set consists of two 1:87 scale InterRegio passenger cars. The set has an impressive multi-colored interior with a reproduction of the bicycle rack in the bicycle compartment. All of the cars have built-in LED interior lighting as standard and a buffer capacitor is installed in each car to bridge short-term power outages. Equipped with separable, current-carrying close couplers. Power is drawn from the Bimdz 268.2. The specified vehicle sequence must be adhered to in the consist. One car has headlights installed as standard.

Prototype: Two German Federal Railroad (DB) InterRegio passenger cars of different types. One type Bimz 264.7, 2nd class passenger car and one type Bimdz 268.2, 2nd class passenger car with a bicycle compartment. Light gray/far blue basic paint scheme with pastel blue trim. Train route: IR 2670 from Constance to Kassel. Car road numbers 44 and 45. 1993 operating condition.
