Märklin 60130 Converter.

The Märklin 60130 Converter makes it possible to connect different current systems with each other so that trains from different manufacturers and with different current systems can be operated together on the same layout. The converter converts the traction current from alternating current to direct current to ensure smooth operation of the trains.

• Inverter for the 66361 or 60061 switched-mode power supply units for converting DC voltage into AC voltage or for connecting DC-compatible accessories
• The AC voltage can be used for solenoid items that have to be switched with AC current, for level crossings and for supplying power to control devices that only work with AC voltage (such as 6021, 6015, 6017)
• The DC voltage can be used, for example, to supply the system lighting or for accessories or control devices suitable for DC current
• For this purpose, there is a hollow socket (for 66361) and a 4-pin mini DIN high-current plug (for 60061) on the front, and a DC and an AC socket on the rear.
