Precise Bending of Flexible Track

When bending flexible track, the rail profiles can shift in different ways. Without securing the track, the inner rail profile becomes longer than the outer one during bending and can slip out of place. The Flex Track Clamp holds a specific profile securely in place, ensuring that the track behaves in a more controlled manner during bending and usually only needs to be trimmed at one end afterward.

The tool is placed from above into the space between the ties onto the rail profiles and secured by turning the clamping lever clockwise. After bending, it can be released by turning the quick-release lever in the opposite direction.
