Minitrix 11160 digital starter pack "freight train" with series 217, Ep. VI

About the model: Trix is offering the "Freight Train" digital starter set with a class 217 locomotive, Era VI. The set has an impressive die-cast metal locomotive frame, an mfx DCC decoder, and a 5-pole motor with a flywheel. The locomotive has a head signal that changes over with the direction of travel and is driven by 4 axles. The cars are equipped with a close coupler mechanism.

Prototype: German Railroad (DB AG) diesel locomotive 217 002-5, 3x 2-axle VTG tank cars. Operating condition around 2010.
