Minitrix 16443 steam locomotive BR 44, DR Product Details
A class 44 steam locomotive of the German State Railroad as it was in 1974. This locomotive was used for heavy freight and passenger trains. The metal die-casting process allows for the most precise details. This also includes the 5 axles driven by coupling rods. The built-in mfx DCC digital decoder and sound generator make accurate light and sound effects possible. 2-light headlights, engine and cab lighting made of warm white LEDs. Firebox flickering by means of processor-controlled LEDs (red-orange) are the options available. The 2-light headlights also work in analog operation.
