NPE 88050 Melkus RS 1000, blau Product Details
The Melkus RS 1000 is a sports car based on the Wartburg 353, which was developed as a two-seater sports coupé under the direction of the Dresden racing driver Heinz Melkus. From 1969 to 1973, 101 units were built. The name "RS" stands for racing sports car.Everything a real Melkus must have: Die-cast zinc body, painted and elaborately printed. Closed windows, single exhaust (3-cylinder 2-stroke engine), rear fog light (also on the racing version). Windows and windshield wipers printed with rubber seal. Ventilation grille and windshield correspond to the Wartburg 353 (as on the prototype). Interior printed in 2 colors. Rear engine cover. Front fog lights. Sports steering wheel.
