For the transportation of liquefied gases, these cars are equipped with boilers that have a volume of 120 m³ and are therefore the largest European pressurized gas tank cars. The design and execution comply with the regulations of the European railroad administrations and are marked with an orange longitudinal stripe about 30 cm high, which encloses the boiler at half height. The wagons are designed for operation with gross weights of 90.0 t.
