With the PIKO 47331, the manufacturer brings the impressive six-axle diesel locomotive BR 130 "Ludmilla" in the version with resistance brake to the TT layout - a powerful model for Era IV operation. The striking locomotive of the Deutsche Reichsbahn impresses with its massive appearance, authentic details and excellent driving characteristics.
Technically sophisticated - visually impressive
The class 130 was one of the DR's most powerful diesel locomotives and was designed in particular for heavy freight traffic. PIKO has implemented the prototype excellently in the model: A heavy frame made of die-cast zinc not only gives the locomotive a realistic weight, but also ensures excellent tractive power and smooth running characteristics. The design of the roof with resistance brake and the correct window sizes exactly reflect the prototype.

The model impresses with finely crafted bogies and numerous engraved body details. With a length over buffers of 172 mm, it is a powerful eye-catcher on any TT layout. The direction of travel-dependent light change in white/red is provided by modern LED technology.
Digitally prepared & sound-capable
The locomotive is equipped with a PluX16 interface (NEM 658) for digital operation. Sound retrofitting with the matching PIKO sound decoder (#46542) is also possible and brings additional authenticity to driving operation. Two traction tires provide optimum traction on all routes.
