Piko 52761 diesel locomotive BR 132, DR, Ep. IV (digital) AC current/AC

With the BR 132/232, PIKO is offering another highly detailed model of a DR classic. The PIKO model impresses with its successful mold construction and the faithful reproduction of all relevant details of the respective prototype machine. The PIKO models of the DR 132 and 232 series of the Deutsche Bahn AG are characterized, among other things, by the finest paintwork and printing, free-standing handle bars, a die-cast zinc frame and a powerful five-pole motor which, in combination with two balanced flywheels, guarantees balanced running characteristics. The lighting is provided by LEDs. The cab lighting and the tail light can be controlled digitally with a PluX22 decoder. The model has two traction tires located diagonally on the inner axles of the two bogies. Power is picked up by all of the wheels. The model is supplied with a PluX22 interface, a sound retrofit with the largest possible loudspeaker is prepared.
