Would you like to equip your TRAXX locomotive with realistic engine sound and modern digital technology? The Piko 56611 Smart Sound Decoder XP 5.1 S offers a powerful combination of precise motor control, extensive sound functions and simple installation - ideal for your H0 locomotives.
The decoder is equipped with a PluX16 or 8-pin interface and is supplied with a loudspeaker. This means that your locomotive can be quickly and easily equipped with authentic sound effects and extended digital functions.
Compatible with many digital systems
The SmartDecoder XP supports all common data formats such as DCC with RailComPlus®, Motorola and basic mfx® capability. This means it can be used with many digital control centers and can be flexibly integrated into existing systems.
Thanks to Plug & Play, the decoder automatically registers with suitable control centers, making setup particularly quick and easy.
Precise motor control and flexible function assignment
The auto-adaptive motor control ensures smooth running characteristics and sensitive speed control. Functions up to F68 can be individually configured via the extended function mapping.
A decoder-internal bidirectional coupling also enables sound-dependent control of the motor and individual function outputs. This creates particularly realistic operating sequences.
Impressive sound quality
The decoder offers realistic soundscapes via eight sound channels with a total duration of up to eight minutes. This allows numerous operating noises and additional functions to be reproduced convincingly.
