The Prussian T7 BR 89 of the Deutsche Reichsbahn Gesellschaft is characterized by the successful detailed and prototypical appearance, which is underlined by the fine lines and struts. The model has prototypical yellow lettering without locomotive signs.
467 units of the pr. T7 were built and used by the Prussian State Railroad. They were used in heavy shunting service as well as on connecting and colliery railroads. The locomotive could also be found on the Berlin Ringbahn. Many private railroads also purchased the locomotive, which was very powerful in its day.
