Description

Quack & Salber 171303-070101-1301 TT Sächsischer O3, 33542, K.Sächs.Sts.E.B., Ep. I Product Details

Quack & Salber 171303-070101-1301 - TT Saxon O3, 33542, K.Sächs.Sts.E.B., Era I

With the open goods wagon O3, wagon number 33542, Quack & Salber is expanding its anniversary series of detailed collector's models on a scale of 1:120. This unbraked variant of the classic Saxon O3 is a tribute to the early industrial railroad history of Saxony and impresses with its prototypical design, precise printing and technical refinements.

Historical model: Class O3 of the K.Sächs.Sts.E.B.

Between 1891 and 1909, numerous open freight cars of the K.Sächs.Sts.E.B. were built on the basis of the Prussian drawing II d2. These wagons with a load weight of 15 tons and a typical wheelbase of 4.50 m were grouped together under the generic designation O3. Quack & Salber uses a realistic-looking wagon number structure for the models - here with the number 33542 - inspired by the design with the serial no. 416.

Anniversary new edition with attention to detail

The revised version of this wagon was reissued as part of the company's fifth anniversary and contains numerous improvements: A prototypical gray frame, finely shaded lettering, including on the solebars, and a removable coal load are among the highlights. This variant is being offered for the first time in an unbraked version - an authentic new addition for Era I fans.

Finest handcrafted model making

Each model is carefully handcrafted and designed for use in high-quality TT layouts or as a showcase object. Production to the highest quality standards guarantees a long-lasting, true-to-scale collector's item with high historical standards. The combination of technical precision and design sensitivity makes this model a real highlight.

A piece of Saxon railroad history

With its realistic coal load and authentic color scheme, the model conveys a vivid picture of everyday railroad life in Saxony around 1900. Whether presented individually or as part of a historic freight train - the O3 wagon with the number 33542 fits perfectly into any Era I collection.
