NEW Roco 6200273 H0 3er Set Personenwagen ÖBB Ep.VI

Roco 6200273 – Set of 3 ÖBB 2nd-Class Modular Cars in H0, Era VI

Are you looking for the right passenger cars to expand your ÖBB passenger train or put together a new set? The Roco 6200273 car set brings three 2nd-class modular cars to your H0 layout. These Era VI models feature bicycle pictograms—a distinctive design detail—and allow you, among other things, to create a train formation modeled after the REX200 trains.

ÖBB Modular Cars with Bicycle Pictograms

The set replicates cars of the Bmpvz class from the Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB). The bicycle pictograms complement their design and also provide inspiration for your station scene: for example, place passengers with bicycles on the platform while the train set waits for its next departure.

Whether as an addition to an existing fleet or as a starting point for a new train—the three passenger cars can be incorporated into your layout planning. Create a morning stop at the station or send your ÖBB train set on a longer journey through the model railroad landscape.

H0 Scale and Close-Coupling Mechanism

The cars are built to a scale of 1:87. The entire set has a length over buffers of 909 mm and features close-coupling mechanisms. When assembling your train, be sure to account for the space required by the locomotive and any additional cars.

Optional interior lighting

For atmospheric runs with subdued layout lighting, interior lighting can be retrofitted. The Roco interior lighting set (item number 40420) is the recommended accessory. This optional addition is not included in the basic set described here.

Train Formation and Applications

The car set is designed for the H0 two-wire DC system. Combine the modular cars with an ÖBB locomotive that matches your desired prototypical scenario. When expanding your train set, coordinate couplers, track radii, and available platform lengths.

For ÖBB collectors and model railroaders focusing on Era VI passenger service, this set opens up further possibilities for train formation. The REX200 theme, in particular, offers a concrete starting point for your next model railroad schedule.
