With the Roco 6210210 Bimdzf 269.0 InterRegio control car, you can bring a detailed model of the Deutsche Bahn AG from Era V to your H0 layout. This 2nd class control car was an indispensable part of the IR 461 Trier - Innsbruck train route and perfectly reflects the high-quality InterRegio traffic of the 1990s and early 2000s. Thanks to the integrated function decoder, it is immediately ready for use in both analog and digital operation.
Prototypical use in international traffic
The InterRegio 461 connected Trier with Innsbruck and covered a considerable part of its route in Austria from Lindau - including the picturesque journey over the Arlberg route. Driving trailers like this one were used to make the numerous changes of direction in Stuttgart, Munich and Friedrichshafen more efficient. The locomotives used included the DB class 103 and the ÖBB class 1044.
Rich in detail and modern equipment
The model impresses with its finely detailed exterior and interior. The silver-colored water filler necks, which refer to the retrofitted vacuum toilets of the prototypes, are particularly striking. The control car is equipped with interior fittings and offers the option of retrofitting interior lighting (item no. 4000005) in order to depict realistic operating scenes at night.

The factory-installed function decoder enables a white/red light change depending on the direction of travel. In digital operation, the lighting can be conveniently controlled and offers a harmonious addition to prototypical push-pull operation. This makes the car ideal for combining with the matching InterRegio car sets and electric locomotive 103 233 (item no. 7500157, 7510157, 7520157).
