Roco 7130033 H0 steam locomotive Rh 477, CSD, Ep. III, DC-Sound Product Details
Roco 7130033 H0 Rh 477 steam locomotive - DC sound model without steam, with full detail power
The Roco 7130033 Rh 477 008 steam loc omotive of the Czechoslovak State Railways (CSD) is a real highlight for fans of historically significant locomotives with digital equipment. This edition model in a completely new design offers the finest detailing, high-quality materials and a harmonious overall appearance in the design of the first series - including authentic DC sound, but without dynamic steam output.
Technology & digital functions
With four driven axles, a traction tire axle and a flywheel, the locomotive is technically well equipped for demanding model railway operation. The integrated PluX22 decoder offers powerful locomotive sound, supplemented by LED headlights (3 headlights / 2 tail lights) and digitally switchable interior lighting. The driver's cab is also illuminated, which makes the model look particularly realistic in twilight.
Highest model building quality in a classic design
The Rh 477 from Roco features an unobstructed view between the boiler and frame, finely crafted lines and a free-standing star on the smokebox door. Delicately crafted spoked wheels and numerous metal parts ensure visual and technical realism. The blue paintwork with white decorative elements lends the model an unmistakable elegance - in the style of the historical prototypes.
The 477.0 series - CSD steam technology at the highest level
Between 1951 and 1955, 60 units of this last CSD steam locomotive series were manufactured by CKD in Prague. The express tender locomotives with a 2'D2' axle arrangement were designed for heavy passenger train services. With a starting tractive effort of almost 110 kN, an operating weight of approx. 131 tons and a top speed of 100 km/h, they were among the most powerful of their time. Their striking appearance earned them the affectionate nickname "Papousek" - parrot.
For model railroaders with a sense of historical perfection
The Roco 7130033 is aimed at model railroaders who value visual detail, high-quality workmanship and digital functions - even without steam output. Whether as an operational part of a realistic CSD train or as a stylish presentation locomotive, this model is impressive in every respect.
