The Roco 7510165 electric locomotive 1750 is a detailed model of the Rail Force One in the striking design of Era VI. With extensive digital equipment, sound decoder and the finest detailing, this model is the perfect choice for anyone who wants to authentically recreate modern international rail operations.
Prototype and use
Rail Force One, a Dutch rail transport company, took over six locomotives from Locon Nederland in 2017. Locomotive 1750 was painted in the current company colors in the summer of 2025. With its modern technology and eye-catching appearance, it is used for both freight transport and special services. The cooperation with Railcolor Design ensures that the locomotive has been given a unique and unmistakable appearance.
Special details of the model realization
The model impresses with a large number of separately attached plug-in parts, some of which are produced using etching technology. The air conditioning system is reproduced on the roof, a characteristic detail of this locomotive. The pantographs also impress with their innovative attachment and finest finish. The Rail Force One paintwork has been applied in razor-sharp detail and faithfully reproduces the prototype in every detail.
Digital equipment with sound
The locomotive is equipped with a PluX22 sound decoder and provides realistic driving and operating sounds. In digital operation, the headlights and marker lights can be switched individually. The cab lighting can also be controlled digitally. LED technology provides bright, energy-saving light that makes operation look true to the original. This makes the locomotive a highlight on any layout, not only visually but also acoustically.
Technical features
A powerful 5-pole motor with flywheel drives four axles, one of which has traction tires for increased tractive power. The locomotive runs smoothly and reliably even at low speeds. With a length over buffers of 201 mm and a minimum radius of 358 mm, it can be used universally on H0 layouts. Couplings to NEM 362 with KK kinematics enable safe operation in a train formation.
