Schuco 35U00011 VW T2 DK Bundeswehr, olive, 1:35
A classic VW Transporter in military livery instantly adds a touch of historic commercial vehicle character to any collection or diorama. The Schuco 35U00011 VW T2 DK Bundeswehr in olive is a 1:35 scale model featuring the well-known VW T2 in a double-cab configuration with Bundeswehr livery. This makes the model particularly suitable for collectors, military vehicle enthusiasts, and detailed scenes with a historical operational context.
VW T2 Double Cab in Bundeswehr Configuration
In August 1967, Volkswagen introduced the second generation of the VW Transporter: the T2. It succeeded the popular VW T1 “Bulli” and featured technical and aesthetic improvements. With its new front end, large windshield, and more modern design, the T2 continued the success story of the VW Transporter.
The double-cab version was particularly practical, as it combined passenger transport with cargo capacity. In its olive-green Bundeswehr livery, the model has a rugged, mission-oriented look and fits perfectly into military dioramas, vehicle convoys, or historical workshop scenes.
Striking commercial vehicle in 1:35 scale
The 1:35 scale makes the model particularly appealing to diorama builders and collectors of military and emergency vehicles. The olive-green paint scheme emphasizes its Bundeswehr character and presents the VW T2 DK as a functional, versatile vehicle.
For collections, dioramas, and military vehicle scenes
The Schuco 35U00011 VW T2 DK Bundeswehr is a wonderful addition for anyone who collects historical utility vehicles that faithfully represent their real-life counterparts or wishes to incorporate them into dioramas. Whether displayed on its own, alongside other Bundeswehr vehicles, or in a workshop or storage area, this model brings authentic vehicle character to your miniature world.
