Bemo 1609916 OHE DT 0506 Wismarer rail bus Ep. III Product Details

In the 1930s, the Waggonfabrik Wismar developed a "Hanover" type rail bus - primarily for financially weak small railroads with low volumes. A total of 57 rail buses were built for use on standard and narrow-gauge railroads with various wheelbases.

Only the engine arranged at the front in the direction of travel with an output of 40-50 hp could be used, the other was switched off.
