Introduction
The TWINDEXX VARIO® IC2 double-decker 2nd class center car from Brawa is a modern addition to your Era VI collection. It stands for comfort, a feeling of space and the elegant design of modern DB long-distance coaches - ideal if you want to equip your IC2 train with additional coaches.
Design & workmanship
The middle coach has the typical DB design of the IC2 coaches: clear white/traffic red, large window areas and clean lines. The doors, roof areas and window frames are precisely modeled, and the paintwork and lettering also correspond to the prototype. Inside, the seating areas are recognizable and structured, making the model convincing even when the doors are open or through windows.
Historical background
The IC2 double-decker coaches are part of Deutsche Bahn's modern generation of long-distance trains and are produced under the name TWINDEXX VARIO®. In service since the mid-2010s, they bring modern technology, comfort and high capacities to rail transportation.
