Electric Cars with Authentic Charging Scenes
Different vehicles, charging points, cables and waiting people could make modern car parks considerably more believable.
Which model cars are still missing for the present day? Which new Action Sets, buildings, plants, lighting products or field-railway vehicles would make a layout more lively? This wish workshop collects specific ideas for Busch new products in 2027 and clearly separates suggestions from products that may later be confirmed.
Busch New Products 2027: Wishes & Model Worlds is not an invented product preview. As of 30 August 2026, the programmes for 2026 provide the current published starting point. A complete regular Busch programme for 2027 has not yet been confirmed.
Busch is one of the manufacturers whose products can appear almost anywhere on a model railway layout. Model cars bring roads to life, agricultural machinery shapes villages and fields, buildings establish the spatial setting, and plants connect individual scenes to create a believable landscape.
The range also includes specialist product worlds such as the H0f field railway, TT freight cars, small railway-service vehicles, Action Sets, illuminated scenes and electronic effects. A useful new product therefore does not have to be large. A modern vehicle, a carefully coordinated plant set or an easy-to-install lighting product can visibly develop an existing layout.
The following suggestions are not announced products. Interesting ideas can be saved locally in the browser and later included in a personal wish message.
Different vehicles, charging points, cables and waiting people could make modern car parks considerably more believable.
Multicar vehicles, street sweepers, winter-service vehicles and grounds-maintenance equipment would complement town, road and municipal-depot scenes.
An emergency doctor, ambulance, incident-command vehicle and matching figures could create a complete modern emergency scene.
Delivery services, family cargo bikes, e-bikes and bicycle stands would give modern urban scenes a more contemporary appearance.
Construction work, a market, a breakdown or a traffic stop could be reproduced as complete small scenes for space-saving N-gauge layouts.
Electric buses, parcel-delivery services and modern vans would make current urban and rural road scenes more convincing.
Flat wagons, equipment cars, containers and small service vehicles could form a coordinated railway-maintenance train.
Sensitive low-speed control and reliable current collection would make a new small locomotive useful for mines, quarries, peat works and forest railways.
A tunnel portal, bunker, conveyor, loading equipment and matching skips could form an expandable operating location.
Warehouses, loading ramps, tanks, pipework and vehicles could gradually be combined to form a complete industrial complex.
The same species in spring, summer, autumn and winter versions would make seasonal layouts easier to plan consistently.
Carriageways, cycle lanes, repaired sections, manhole covers and road markings could be combined flexibly.
Lights, distributors and effects with clearly identified connectors could simplify installation without soldering.
The shop, loading zone, refrigeration equipment, shopping trolleys and delivery traffic could form one complete everyday scene.
Highly detailed individual subjects would make use of the large scale without requiring an extensive new building range.
A compact set containing a light, vehicles and a construction site could create a distinctive focal point even at a scale of 1:220.
Busch combines vehicles, buildings, scenery and technical functions. Products can therefore be planned not only as individual objects, but also as components of one coherent scene.
Cars, buses, vans, emergency vehicles and special vehicles establish the period represented by a town or road scene.

Flower beds, bushes, trees and small vegetation groups create natural transitions between buildings and terrain.
View Cottage Garden →The Busch field railway combines the H0 scale of 1:87 with a model track gauge of only 6.5 millimetres. This permits very tight curves and compact routes for mines, peat works, brickworks, quarries or forest railways.
The TT product world is different. It contains vehicles and rolling stock at a scale of 1:120 and can be integrated directly into regular TT layouts. Scale, track system and intended use should therefore be checked carefully before purchase.
The scale and figure world are H0, but the considerably narrower model track represents a small field railway.
Skips and small locomotives look especially convincing when their load and operating location are planned together.
TT rolling stock belongs on regular TT track and is not interchangeable with the 6.5-millimetre field railway.
Track, vehicle, building, load and scenery should be planned as one small operating system.
Model cars, buildings and figures must clearly match their stated scale. Water products, adhesives, pigments and certain scenery materials can often be used across several model sizes.
| Gauge / Scale | Typical Busch World | Interesting Direction for 2027 |
|---|---|---|
| H0 · 1:87 | Model cars, buildings, figures, agriculture and scenery | current road vehicles and complete everyday scenes |
| H0f · 1:87 | Field railway on 6.5 mm model track | new locomotives, skips and modular operating locations |
| TT · 1:120 | Model cars, utility vehicles, wagons and small rail vehicles | more modern vehicles and coordinated rolling-stock families |
| N · 1:160 | Buildings, scenery and selected model cars | compact Action Sets and present-day road traffic |
| Z · 1:220 | Small scenery and furnishing details | illuminated micro scenes and precise vegetation |
| Gauge 0 | Large-scale buildings, plants and individual subjects | highly detailed workshop, industrial and village scenes |
| Gauge 1 / G | Selected plants and large-scale scenery | robust vegetation and weather-protected scene elements |
| Gauge-Neutral | Water, adhesives, pigments and selected scenery materials | easier-to-use systems and coordinated complete sets |

Busch was founded in 1955 and now combines several model-making worlds. The company is especially well known for model cars, while buildings, plants, terrain products, figures, electronic effects and moving scenes are also part of the range.
The H0f field railway and TT rolling stock expand this spectrum with genuine operating models. A Busch new product can therefore concern either one individual road scene or a complete small industrial-railway operation.
Planning should begin by identifying the actual gap. Is a particular vehicle missing, does an existing building range need an additional component, or is a technically simpler method of adding light and movement required?
Describe the scale, product group and intended use as precisely as possible. The form creates a prepared wish message and can then open the email program configured on the visitor’s device.

As of 30 August 2026, no complete regular Busch new-product programme for 2027 has been published. The 2026 programmes currently provide the documented starting point.
Busch is especially well known for model cars, scenery materials, plants, buildings and small scenes. Its range also includes H0f field railways, TT rolling stock, lighting and electronic effects.
The range particularly includes H0, H0f, TT, N, Z and Gauge 0. Selected scenery products can also be used for larger scales or across several gauges.
The vehicles and buildings are based on the H0 scale of 1:87. The model track gauge is only 6.5 millimetres and represents an especially narrow field or industrial railway.
No. H0f uses its own very narrow track system. Standard H0 two-rail or centre-contact track is considerably wider and is not technically interchangeable.
Yes. In addition to road vehicles and scenery products, the range includes freight cars and selected rail vehicles at a scale of 1:120.
Action Sets generally combine figures, vehicles and accessories to form one small ready-made story, such as traffic, construction work, a breakdown or an everyday event.
Some plants and trees are scale-specific. Water products, adhesives, paints and fine scatter materials can often be used across several model sizes.
Only an explicit label such as “New Product 2027”, “New Item 2027” or “News: 2027” on the current product page results in inclusion in the official section.
No. When the checker recognises wording such as “no longer in our range”, “archived” or “product removed”, the affected product is excluded.
Current products help visitors understand existing product families and distinguish genuine gaps from subjects that are already available.
No. The cards contain the product name, image, product world, gauge and scene theme, but no availability, delivery or price information.
Yes. The form creates a prepared message and opens the email program configured on the visitor’s device. The message can still be reviewed and edited before sending.
Important factors include scale, track gauge, space requirements, power supply, intended era and whether the product is supplied as a kit, ready-made model or functional item.
