Fleischmann 7560012 electric locomotive Re 460 073-0, SBB Ep. VI

For the realization of the "Rail 2000" concept, SBB procured 24 locomotives of this series. A further series of 75 locomotives was built to handle the piggyback corridor through Switzerland to be guaranteed from 01.01.1994. These locomotives were later assigned to passenger service with divisionalization. To this day, they are indispensable for traction of the dense Swiss interval service.
