Piko 51398 electric locomotive BR 240, CD, Ep. V (incl. sound) AC current/AC

Novelty 2023: The beautifully shaped "Laminátka" in the version as a class 240 of the ČD in Era V. The grace of the beautifully shaped Škoda 47E "Laminátka" locomotives has been excellently transferred to the 1:87 scale and an absolutely harmonious overall picture has been created. The many attractive details, such as the skylights in the engine room, have been elegantly implemented and the strongly structured lines of the locomotive body visualized by sharp engravings. The colorful livery of the prototype, including dynamic decorative elements, also looks great on the locomotive in 1:87 thanks to the elaborate paintwork and printing. The locomotive is powered by a five-pole motor whose smooth running is perfected by two flywheels. Red and white lighting that changes with the direction of travel is, of course, included and designed in contemporary LED technology. The sound version of the electric locomotive has a matching PIKO sound decoder including loudspeaker ex works.
