The PIKO model of the class 147.5 of the DB AG long-distance division impresses among other things with an exact reproduction of all relevant details of its prototype such as windows, buffer boards, sockets. The model has the finest paint scheme in the railroad's IC design and coherent printing, applied front and handle bars as well as filigree pantographs and insulators.
The built-in distinctive train destination indicators are digitally switchable, as are the cab lighting and the tail lights. Retrofitting with sound and the largest possible loudspeaker is prepared on the tidy circuit board with PluX22 interface.
