Prototype: German Federal Railroad (DB) class 94.5-17 (former Prussian T16.1) freight train tender steam locomotive, with a bell mechanism and preheater on the boiler crown, shunting radio antenna, sleeve buffers, and buffer plate warning paint. Locomotive road number 94 539, operating condition around 1960/61.Model: The locomotive has a digital decoder and extensive sound functions. Regulated high-efficiency propulsion with a flywheel in the boiler. 5 axles powered. Traction tires. The locomotive is constructed mostly of metal. The locomotive is equipped for the 72270 smoke unit. The triple headlights change over with the direction of travel and the smoke unit can be retrofitted to work in conventional operation and can be controlled digitally. Maintenance-free, warm white LEDs are used for the lighting. Piston rod protection tubes and brake hoses are included. Length over buffers 14.6 cm.Highlights With RailCom-capable DCC/mfx digital decoder and extensive operating and sound functions. With shunting radio antenna on the cab roof.
