Re 465 - Powerful all-rounder from BLS

The Re 465 was designed as a further development of the Re 460 and is distinguished by its performance-optimized technology: instead of one inverter per bogie, it has one inverter per axle - for improved tractive force distribution. The 18 BLS locomotives are used for both freight and high-quality passenger services - including the prestigious Golden Pass trains.
