New model releases from Sebnitz

TILLIG New Products 2025 for TT, H0, H0m & H0e

Class 84 as an all-new TT model, the revised Class 50.0, the E 77 10 centenary model, new passenger coaches and freight wagons, hood-wagon units and transporter wagons for H0m and H0e: discover the TILLIG releases for model year 2025, limited to products that are still actively listed by Modellbahnshop today.

Understanding the 2025 model year

What Was Included in TILLIG’s 2025 New-Product Programme?

The TILLIG new products for 2025 in TT, H0, H0m and H0e were far more than a collection of new running numbers. TILLIG combined all-new tooling, extensive tooling changes, new wagon variants, one-off editions and additional narrow-gauge models. TT at a scale of 1:120 traditionally accounted for the largest part of the programme. H0 vehicles and new products for H0m and H0e completed the range.

This overview, “TILLIG New Products 2025 | TT, H0 & Narrow Gauge”, looks back on the year from today’s perspective. It is therefore no longer a pre-order page. Rather than retaining outdated delivery announcements, the linked product pages are checked again when the page loads. Products that the shop now clearly identifies as discontinued do not appear in the dynamic product finder.

Why Do Products from a Past Model Year Remain Relevant?

Model-year classification remains helpful for collectors and layout operators. It shows when new tooling, a livery variation or a one-off edition was announced. It also makes it easier to rediscover compatible coaches, wagons and locomotives. Anyone who already owns a Class 50.0 from the 2025 programme, for example, can specifically look for matching DR passenger coaches or freight wagons from the same period.

TT Remains the Focus, Complemented by H0 and Narrow Gauge

The new-product programme covered electric, diesel and steam locomotives, railcars, passenger coaches and a particularly wide range of freight wagons. New wagon types and transporter wagons played an important role in H0 and narrow gauge. The page therefore suits classic TT layouts as well as H0 main lines and compact H0m or H0e narrow-gauge scenes.

As at August 2026
A 2025 new product is not automatically still actively listed today.

That is why the product area below does not simply reproduce an old list. It searches the current online shop again for TILLIG products tagged 2025, checks each product page and then displays only relevant results that are not identified as archived.

TT 1:120 · TILLIG’s core scale
H0 1:87 · Standard gauge
H0m 1:87 · 12 mm track
H0e 1:87 · 9 mm track

Which TILLIG Highlights Defined the 2025 Model Year?

Four themes show particularly clearly how different a new product can be: all-new tooling, extensive tooling changes, a centenary model and a new wagon type.

Class 84 in TT

Class 84 was one of the most important TT themes of the year. Model 02193 represents a DRG version from Era II. At 130 mm long, with a 310 mm minimum radius, NEM 651 interface and the compact, powerful character of a tank locomotive, the Class 84 is especially suited to historic mountain and freight routes.

Class 50.0 with Tooling Changes

The Class 50.0 received extensive changes for 2025: a new boiler, revised smoke deflectors, a new cab and a new boiler support formed part of the announced package. Alongside analogue TT model 04293, model 92655 is a digital one-off edition with sound.

E 77 10 Centenary Model

The preserved E 77 10 celebrated its centenary in 2025. TILLIG marked the prototype with TT model 96404, representing the museum locomotive in Era VI. It can therefore be used convincingly in present-day heritage or special-train operation.

Laails 142.1 in H0

The Laails hood-wagon unit introduced an interesting H0 tooling variation for modern freight traffic. Model 70078 represents the ČD Cargo version in Era VI and is suitable for metal, machinery and weather-sensitive loads in international freight trains.

Rf4 Transporter Wagons in H0m

TILLIG 15974 brings transporter-wagon operation to H0m. Two Rf4 wagons allow standard-gauge freight wagons to be carried over narrow-gauge lines. This creates particularly varied freight operation on only a small amount of track.

Rf4 Transporter Wagons in H0e

With TILLIG 05974, the same basic idea is available for H0e. On 9 mm track, the wagons are suitable for HSB-inspired and freely planned 750/760 mm narrow-gauge themes with an interchange station.

Broad Coach and Wagon Programme

Passenger coaches and freight wagons made up a substantial part of the 2025 programme. Existing trains can therefore be extended with new running numbers, railway companies and wagon types without rebuilding the entire fleet.

International Variants

Alongside German railways, TILLIG traditionally offers vehicles from Central and Eastern Europe. ČD, ČSD, MÁV, PKP, SBB and private operators enable cross-border passenger and freight trains, particularly in TT.

Distinguishing TT, H0 and narrow gauge correctly

Which Gauges Received TILLIG New Products in 2025?

The official new-product brochures divide the programme into TT and H0/narrow gauge. With H0m and H0e in particular, the different model track gauges must be observed.

Gauge Scale Model Track Gauge Typical 2025 New Products
TT 1:120 12 mm Class 84, Class 50.0, E 77 10, electric and diesel locomotives, railcars and extensive coach and wagon programmes
H0 1:87 16.5 mm Freight wagons, passenger coaches, steam-locomotive themes, Laails units and international variants
H0m 1:87 12 mm Metre-gauge vehicles and Rf4 transporter-wagon sets
H0e 1:87 9 mm Narrow-gauge wagons and Rf4 transporter wagons for 750/760 mm themes
Original new-product documents

TILLIG New-Product Brochures 2025 for TT, H0, H0m and H0e

The brochures are the best complement to the current shop selection. They document the full programme announced for the model year, including all-new tooling, variations and one-off editions announced at the time.

TILLIG New Products 2025: Filter Live by Product Category

The product finder searches Modellbahnshop’s current 2025 filters for electric, diesel and steam locomotives, railcars, passenger coaches and freight wagons. For categories with several pages, it automatically loads every results page. Before display, every selected product is checked again on its own page.

Understanding new-product terminology

What Do New Tooling, Tooling Variation and One-Off Edition Mean?

New Tooling

New tooling is based on a new or substantially redeveloped construction. It is especially significant when a prototype appears for the first time or is reproduced using fundamentally new engineering. The Class 84 was one of the most prominent new-tooling projects of 2025.

Tooling Variation

A tooling variation modifies an existing model family so that another prototype version can be represented accurately. Differences may affect the roof, body, windows, cab, chassis or wagon body.

One-Off Edition

A one-off edition is announced for one specific production cycle. It should not be confused with permanent availability. The current product status therefore determines whether an item appears on this page.

Selecting new products for a coherent layout

Which TILLIG New Product from 2025 Suits Your Layout?

1

Choose the Gauge First

TT, H0, H0m and H0e are not interchangeable. H0m and H0e in particular can look similar, but use 12 mm and 9 mm track respectively.

2

Check the Era and Railway Company

A DRG Class 84 from Era II requires different coaches, wagons and buildings from a modern ČD Cargo Laails unit. The model year alone does not define the layout theme.

3

Think of the Locomotive and Rolling Stock as a Train

A new locomotive becomes most useful with suitable rolling stock. For passenger coaches and freight wagons, it therefore pays to filter by railway company and era and build complete train formations.

4

Use Narrow Gauge as an Operating Task

Rf4 transporter wagons create genuine freight interchange between standard and narrow gauge. A small interchange station can therefore provide more operational interest than a simple continuous circuit.
