Trix 22991 steam locomotive BR 78, DB, Ep. III

Prototype: German Federal Railroad (DB) class 78 tank steam locomotive (former Prussian T18). Version with three boiler superstructures (D-D-S), square sand box. Two-light headlights, cab with barrel roof, riveted water boxes, turbo-dynamo on the left, smoke box door without central lock with license plate in the middle, coal box with high superstructure. Road number 78 054, based in Hanover. Operating condition around 1956.

Quality manufacturer Trix is offering a first class model of the class 78 steam locomotive of Era III. The model comes with an mfx digital decoder and a metal frame. The steam locomotive has an authentic appearance and impresses with first-class features. It has separately switchable cab lighting, a two-light headlights that change over with the direction of travel and digitally switchable smoke set contact.
