Arnold HN9077HM TT Dampflok 18 314, Kohle, grün ohne Zierlinie, DR, Ep. III, BLE Product Details
Arnold HN9077HM TT steam locomotive 18 314, coal, green without decorative line, DR, Ep. III, DC-HM sound - The legendary test locomotive in a true-to-original look
With the Arnold HN9077HM, the famous express locomotive 18 314 of the Deutsche Reichsbahn appears in its coal-fired version with green paintwork without decorative line. In addition to an authentic appearance, the TT gauge model also offers state-of-the-art technology with a factory-integrated BLE sound decoder and numerous digital functions - a real highlight for Era III enthusiasts.
Technically and historically a masterpiece
Built as a Baden IV h, the 18 314 became the test and high-speed locomotive of VES-M Halle from 1960. With a top speed of up to 150 km/h, it was used for braking and high-speed tests and became a symbol of technical innovation in the steam locomotive era. In this coal-fired version, it is painted in its original green livery - without the decorative line on the driver's cab, as it was in the early 1960s.
Fully equipped with BLE sound & digital comfort
The wheelsets, frame, boiler and tender housing are made of metal. The 5-pole high-performance motor with flywheel drives all the driving and coupling axles. Power is taken from the locomotive and tender. The factory-fitted DCC Bluetooth sound decoder offers realistic soundscapes and full controllability via app - prepared for an optional power bank.
Digital light functions & mechanical sophistication
- Direction of travel-dependent light change (white/red)
- Functional engine lighting
- Flickering firebox in digital mode
- Prototypical movable fire door (coal version)
Experience now - The "Princess of Halle" in her Era III version
