Auhagen 11379 Umgebindehaus

You will find Umgebindehäuser mainly in Lusatia (D), but also in Lower Silesia (PL), Northern Bohemia (CZ), in the Elbe Sandstone and Ore Mountains, in the Vogtland, in Northern and Western Saxony and in Eastern Thuringia.

The unconventional timber construction was mainly inhabited by linen weavers, forest and factory workers, glassmakers, small farmers and craftsmen. The log and half-timbered construction has been faithfully reproduced. Antenna, water pump and bench are included.
