With the 74930 extension set from Märklin, additional parallel tracks can be added to the 74924 fully automatic railroad crossing. This allows the level crossing to be extended from one track to any number of tracks. This opens up the possibility of using the crossing at a wide variety of locations. For example, a level crossing with only one track next to a station with many tracks can sometimes look out of place. However, the extension set solves this problem and greatly expands the possible uses of the crossing.
