Modern Electric City Bus
A destination display, indicators, stop lighting and inductive charging could reproduce present-day public transport operation.
Which CarMotion vehicles are still missing from modern road traffic? Which signals, lights, catenary products or moving scenes would improve your layout? This page collects specific product wishes and clearly separates them from any Viessmann new products that may later be confirmed for 2027.
Viessmann New Products 2027: Technology & Wishes is not currently a preview of an annual programme that has already been published. As of 30 August 2026, the 2026 new-product programme is the documented starting point. All following suggestions are therefore clearly identified as wishes.
Viessmann combines visible layout details with technical functions. Signals protect routes, lights shape stations and streets, catenary makes electrified railway lines believable and CarMotion brings controlled road vehicles to the layout. RailMotion and eMotion add rail vehicles, figures, lighting, sound and movement.
A useful new product does not have to be particularly large. A more compact decoder, a better plug-in lighting system or an additional catenary mast can be just as valuable as a completely new working vehicle.
These suggestions have not been announced. Interesting ideas can be saved locally in the browser and later included in the visitor’s own wish message.
A destination display, indicators, stop lighting and inductive charging could reproduce present-day public transport operation.
A compact van would bring parcel services, station forecourts, old towns and Era VI commercial districts to life.
Blue emergency lights, a siren, hazard lights and suitable driving profiles could reproduce realistic emergency journeys.
Traffic lights, junctions, vehicles and pedestrians could be coordinated through one common control module.
Driving operation, a rotating upper structure and a moving boom would make construction work directly beside the track visible.
A working platform, warning lights, sound and controlled low-speed movement could turn catenary construction into an operating task.
Signal, decoder, plug connections and clearly structured configuration could be supplied as one coordinated system.
Main, distant, shunting and supplementary signals would allow larger TT stations to use one technically consistent signal family.
Multi-track N-gauge routes could be equipped economically with integrated LED and decoder technology.
Additional signal aspects and designs would expand international layouts and cross-border stations.
Variable track spacing and plug-in cantilevers could simplify the construction of catenary across large stations.
Lights, distributors and dimmer modules with clearly identified connectors would make wiring easier to understand.
A moving inspection, hand lamp and high-visibility clothing would bring a present-day shunting yard or stabling area to life.
A compact functional unit could make modern platforms and station buildings more convincing.
Announcements, doors, platform ambience and signal tones could be triggered in coordinated operating sequences.
Barriers, flashing lights, sound, feedback and road traffic could work together as one expandable system.
Existing product families help visitors formulate targeted wishes and avoid proposing solutions that are already available.

Working track-construction and maintenance vehicles combine railway operation with light, sound and movement.
View RailMotion Model →Working accessories require space beneath the layout, an appropriate power supply and accessible connections. Future maintenance access should already be considered in the track and road plan for signals, catenary and road vehicles.
Underfloor drives, charging coils and moving figures require sufficient free space beneath the baseboard.
Traction current, lighting and accessories should be wired, labelled and protected in a clear and consistent way.
Signal type, railway era, railway company and installation position must suit the intended operating sequence.
CarMotion routes, catenary and automated functions should be tested before roads and scenery are completed permanently.
Signals, lights, catenary and figures must match the stated scale. Transformers, relays, modules, cables and sound products may be suitable for several gauges when their electrical specifications are compatible.
| Gauge / Scale | Product Worlds | What to Check | Possible Wish Direction |
|---|---|---|---|
| H0 · 1:87 | CarMotion, RailMotion, signals, lights, catenary and eMotion | Installation depth, road radius and power system | Modern vehicles and networked functional systems |
| H0e / H0m · 1:87 | Selected H0 lights, figures and layout equipment | Prototype railway and narrow-gauge signal practice | Compact narrow-gauge signals and station lights |
| TT · 1:120 | Signals, lights, catenary and selected moving products | Scale and existing track system | Complete modern signal and catenary families |
| N · 1:160 | Signals, lights, catenary and eMotion | Small mounting openings and delicate wiring | Digital compact signals and moving miniature scenes |
| Z · 1:220 | Selected lights and fine layout details | Exceptionally small construction and appropriate light intensity | Micro-LED systems and modern street lighting |
| Gauge 0 · approximately 1:45 | Selected signals, lights and eMotion products | High visibility and sufficient depth of detail | High-quality individual subjects and working railway technology |
| Gauge 1 / G | Individual universal electronic and power components | Output rating, weather exposure and much larger dimensions | Robust products explicitly developed for these scales |
| Gauge-Neutral | Transformers, relays, modules, cables and sound | Voltage, current consumption and control method | Plug-in electronics with clearer documentation |

Viessmann Modelltechnik was founded in 1988. Its early model railway lights developed into a broad product range comprising signals, catenary, electronics, moving scenes, level crossings and working vehicles.
CarMotion brings self-driving H0 road vehicles to the layout. RailMotion transfers functional movement to track-construction vehicles, while eMotion adds visible movement and lighting effects to figures and everyday scenes.
It is worth checking the existing range before submitting a wish. With signals and catenary in particular, one additional component may already provide a useful extension to a complete product family.
The form creates a structured wish message. The email button then opens the email program configured on the visitor’s device. The page does not transmit a message automatically.
This area displays only current products whose own product page carries an explicit new-product designation for 2027.

The finder loads products from CarMotion, signals, lights, catenary, Moving World, level crossings, sound and RailMotion. Product cards deliberately contain no delivery or availability information.
Current Viessmann categories will be loaded when this section approaches the viewport.
These answers explain publication status, CarMotion, RailMotion, signals, gauges and automatic product verification.
As of 30 August 2026, no complete regular Viessmann new-product programme for 2027 has been published. Suggestions on this page are therefore identified as wishes.
They include CarMotion, RailMotion, signals, lights, catenary, eMotion, level crossings, sound modules, electronics and accessories for several gauges.
CarMotion is a system for self-driving H0 road vehicles with lighting, distance control, magnetic commands and different expansion modules.
Depending on the layout, CarMotion can use magnetic tape or compatible existing road-guidance systems. The precise combination must be checked for the particular vehicle and route.
It wirelessly charges suitably equipped CarMotion vehicles at stopping points and can also perform control tasks within the road system.
RailMotion includes working H0 rail vehicles such as track motor vehicles and maintenance trains with a drive system, lighting, sound and moving functions.
eMotion adds movement or lighting effects to small scenes. Examples include moving figures, wind turbines, barriers, workshop scenes and other working models.
The shop range particularly includes signals for H0, TT and N, together with selected Gauge 0 products. The signal type and scale must suit the prototype represented.
Yes. In addition to H0 products, numerous lights are available for TT and N, with selected models for Z and Gauge 0.
This depends on the particular model. Many signals can be operated conventionally or integrated into a digital system using suitable modules and decoders.
No. It may be installed purely for visual authenticity while the vehicles continue to receive their traction current through the rails.
Only an explicit label such as “New Product 2027”, “New Item 2027” or “News: 2027” on the current product page results in inclusion in the official section.
No. Wording such as “no longer in our range”, “archived” or “product removed” results in exclusion.
No. The cards contain the product name, image, product world, gauge and function, but no delivery or availability information.
Yes. The form creates a prepared message and opens the email program configured on the visitor’s device. The message can still be reviewed and edited before sending.
