DR Class 95
A heavy tank locomotive with sound, flickering fire and running-gear lighting would enrich steep routes and heavy freight trains.
Which steam, electric or diesel locomotive, railcar or complete train should Trix realise in 2027? This page connects current Trix H0 products with specific wishes for vehicles, rolling stock, digital functions, starter sets and Trix C Track. Any Trix new products later confirmed for 2027 remain clearly separated from the wish ideas.
Trix New Products 2027: H0, Digital & Wishes is not an invented preview of a completely published annual programme. The official new-product pages still present the 2026 programme. The existing H0 Catalogue 2026/2027 covers two model years, but does not by itself confirm any particular product as a new item for 2027.
The current Trix H0 programme combines two-rail vehicles, digital decoders, sound, switchable lighting, starter sets, passenger and freight rolling stock and its own roadbed-track system. A new locomotive can therefore be just as useful as a missing add-on coach, a modern starter set or an additional C Track element.
Coherent model families are particularly valuable. An express locomotive benefits from matching coaches, a regional railcar from a believable station scene and a freight locomotive from wagons of the correct era and transport purpose. A useful wish should therefore identify not only a class, but also its use, railway company, era and desired technical equipment.
The following ideas are not manufacturer announcements. Interesting suggestions can be saved locally in the browser and later included in a personal wish message.
A heavy tank locomotive with sound, flickering fire and running-gear lighting would enrich steep routes and heavy freight trains.
Different construction states and liveries could represent DB and DB AG regional, long-distance, engineering and special trains.
Different fronts, liveries and eras could reproduce SBB express trains, push-pull services and freight traffic.
Munich, Frankfurt and Stuttgart variants could include interior lighting, destination displays and sound.
Modern regional and S-Bahn multiple units would expand electric local traffic for Eras V and VI.
Sleeping, couchette, seated and dining cars could form an expandable international train.
A coordinated set comprising a Class 218, driving trailer and add-on coaches would make the train complete from the start.
Several operators, designs and weathering states would permit realistic chemical and mineral-oil trains.
A work locomotive, equipment car, flat wagon and functional lighting could form a complete track-maintenance scene.
A starter pack, Mobile Station, track extension and clear expansion plan could simplify the transition to a permanent layout.
Larger radii and additional compensation pieces would permit more prototypical station approaches and track plans.
Plug-in light bars and current-conducting couplings could make complete passenger trains easier to equip.
Current models show which railway companies, eras and technical functions are already represented. This makes genuine gaps in the range easier to distinguish from existing solutions.
Metal construction, sound, switchable lighting and prototypical detailing characterise many current steam models.

Intermodal, tank, low-side and special wagons permit believable block trains and mixed freight formations.
View Freight Wagon →Current Trix H0 vehicles are designed for two-rail track. Depending on the interface, analogue DC models can be fitted with a suitable decoder. Models already equipped for digital operation frequently provide DCC, mfx, sound and additional lighting functions.
Trix C Track has a track gauge of 16.5 millimetres, an approximately 2.1-millimetre Code 83 rail profile and integrated plastic roadbed. Its stable click connection is suitable for permanent layouts as well as temporary table or floor railways. Long vehicles generally appear calmer and more prototypical on the larger radii.
Before buying, check the power system, decoder, interface, minimum radius and required functions. A similar catalogue number does not automatically indicate the same technical version.
Trix H0 uses two electrically separated rails. A pickup shoe and centre conductor are not part of the normal configuration.
PluX22, 21MTC or permanently installed electronics each require the appropriate technical solution.
Large steam locomotives and long passenger coaches should not be used on the smallest radius without verification.
Test track joints, turnouts, power feeds and every route thoroughly before fixing or ballasting the track.
This landing page concentrates on Trix H0. Minitrix for N gauge has its own manufacturer and new-product world. Historic Trix Express vehicles must not be equated with the current Trix two-rail system.
| Product Line | Scale and Track Gauge | Technical Classification | Relevance to 2027 |

Trix combines finely detailed H0 vehicles with two-rail track, digital control equipment and numerous matching coaches and wagons. Steam, diesel and electric locomotives represent German and international prototypes from several eras.
Many current locomotives include a decoder, sound, direction-dependent lighting and additional digital functions. For coaches and train sets, matching liveries, eras and prototypical vehicle formations are especially important.
A coherent layout requires the vehicle technology, track system, train length and existing digital control equipment to be considered together. The manufacturer page brings the current Trix H0 product groups together.

This area displays only current Trix products whose own individual product page carries an explicit new-product designation for 2027.
No explicitly labelled Trix new product for 2027 has been detected. Live verification begins when the product finder approaches the viewport.
The finder combines the checked initial selection with current steam, diesel and electric locomotives, railcars, passenger and freight rolling stock, starter sets, C Track and digital products. Product cards deliberately contain no prices, delivery dates or availability information.
Current English Trix categories will be loaded when this section approaches the viewport.
These answers distinguish Trix H0, Minitrix, C Track, digital technology, catalogues, confirmed products and wish suggestions.
As of 31 August 2026, the official Trix pages continue to present the 2026 new-product programme. A complete regular Trix H0 new-products brochure for 2027 has not yet been published.
No. The full catalogue covers the Trix H0 world for 2026 and 2027. Only an unambiguous designation on the individual product page confirms an item as a new product for 2027.
Trix H0 is built to a scale of 1:87 and runs on 16.5-millimetre two-rail track. The two electrically separated rails supply the vehicle with power.
Trix refers here to the H0 product world at a scale of 1:87. Minitrix is the separate N-gauge product line at a scale of 1:160 with a model track gauge of nine millimetres.
C Track is a two-rail system with integrated plastic roadbed, a stable click connection and an approximately 2.1-millimetre Code 83 rail profile.
Yes. The track can supply an analogue DC railway or a digital two-rail layout. The controller and vehicles must suit the operating system selected.
Not without further technical adaptation. Trix H0 is designed for two-rail track, while Märklin H0 normally uses a centre conductor. Wheelsets, current collection and vehicle technology differ.
Many digitally equipped models support DCC and mfx. Individual decoders may additionally provide RailCom. The technical description of the specific product remains decisive.
No. Analogue, digitally prepared and fully equipped digital versions with decoder and sound are available. Check the catalogue number and function list carefully.
The permitted minimum radius is stated for each model. Long locomotives and passenger coaches generally appear calmer and more prototypical on the larger C Track radii R3 to R5.
Potential candidates are checked on their own individual product pages. Only an explicit new-product designation for 2027 results in inclusion in the confirmed section.
No. Wording such as “no longer in our range”, “archived”, “product removed” or a B-stock designation results in exclusion from the dynamic product finder.
No. The cards contain the product name, image, product group, era, railway company and technical classification, but no price, delivery or availability information.
